Security Templates Overview

AptaFund has a complete set of system security templates that you can assign without editing, but it also enables you to customize templates by copying the system templates and editing them or by creating templates from scratch.

Templates speed the process of setting up user permissions by allowing you to apply the template to a single user or a whole group of employees who carry out the same function — for example, payroll clerks, HR managers, purchasing operators, and accounts payable clerks.

When new permissions are added to a security template, they are automatically added to users associated with the template.
