Account Management Security

Along with the operations specific to it, a security level (with the exception of Check Printer) allows you to perform operations available to lower levels of security within the same module. The minimum security levels to perform tasks are listed below, with roles listed in order from greatest access to least access.

Fund Administrator

• Add accounting cycle

• Rollover accounting cycle

Account Management Administrator

• Accept structure definition

• Delete structure

• Roll over COA

• Enable & disable account

• Open, edit, close, & delete cycle

• Generate closing & opening entries

• Generate monthly periods

• Add, edit, & delete periods

• Open & close periods

Account Management Manager

• Add & edit account structure

• Add, edit, & delete element

• Set controlling & fund elements

• Move elements up & down in the hierarchy

• Revert to prior mapping

Account Management Operator

• Add, edit, & delete element value

• Set element value account type & fund type

• Edit element value hierarchy

• Add, copy & delete account

• Auto-add account using Account Code Assistant

• Add, edit, & delete account mapping

• Add, edit, & delete account mapping rules

• Move account mapping rule up & down

Account Management Reviewer

• Generate & print reports
