Manage Users Overview

Anyone who wants to logon to AptaFund must have a user account — even if they have an employee record in Human Resources > Manage Employees.

Use the Manage Users window to:

• Create user accounts

• • Add permissions using security templates

  • Add & remove permissions individually

  • Invite one or more users to register their accounts so they can logon to AptaFund

  • Add the user to an account code security group

• Other Manage Users functions

• • Mass assign a security template

  • Mass assign account code security

  • Mass update default cycle

  • Edit user accounts

  • Remove security templates from a user

  • Disable a user account

  • Enable a user account

  • Send emails to users who have forgotten their passwords

  • Update users' accounting cycle

  • View permissions on templates while adding them to a user
