ESS Employees Overview

The Employee Self-Service module provides a way for employees to:

• request changes to address & emergency contact information

• view paychecks, year-to-date totals, W-2s, and other documents uploaded by the administrator

• acknowledge the receipt of documents uploaded by the administrator

• print copies of past paychecks and W-2 forms

• print summary information displayed in the various windows

• change your password

• change your security question

• give or revoke consent to receive your W-2 electronically

• create & submit a new federal and/or state W-4

• view, delete, and print new W-4 requests in the My Deductions window

• current leave system

• • request leave & withdraw leave requests

  • view leave requests & leave balances

• new Leave module

• • request leave

  • withdraw leave requests

  • view leave requests & leave balances

  • delete a new or withdrawn leave request
