My Documents

Use the My Documents window to download and, if needed, acknowledge documents that have been uploaded to the ESS portal.

Either click on the My Documents link in the Quick Links section of the Home window (dashboard) OR select My Documents from the My AptaFund > Employee Self-Service menu.

The My Documents window opens displaying all uploaded documents.

• Download: Download documents by clicking the File Name link and navigating to where you want to save the document. You may print the documents once they're downloaded.

• Acknowledge: Click here for instructions on acknowledging receipt of documents.
