Getting Around in Employee Self-Service

Once you've logged in to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal, you'll see the Home window, also called the dashboard. The items displayed in the dashboard & Configure window depend on the modules available to you and the items you've selected to display.

Quick access from the dashboard

The dashboard offers quick access to many features & functions, such as:

• View and print a copy of a recent paycheck by clicking on the Check Number link.

• Submit a new leave request by clicking the quick link.

• View your leave requests by clicking on the Leave Type link.

• Acknowledge your receipt of documents by clicking the Actions icon in the My Documents grid.

Choosing which information is displayed in the Home window / dashboard

You can choose which grids are displayed on your home page/dashboard.

1. Click the Configure button at the bottom left side of the window.
   
   
   

2. Check/uncheck the boxes to include/exclude the sections you want, and click Save. You'll be returned to the dashboard with your selected options displayed.

You can access the various features either by selecting an item from the My AptaFund > Employee Self-Service menu

OR by clicking on an item in the Quick Links list.
