  1. Add a job in Manage Employees or Employee Jobs. You can add multiple jobs to an employee.

  2. Fill a position only if using position control. See Positions Overview for an explanation of controlled & uncontrolled positions.

  3. Approve jobs — one or more jobs for one employee, approve jobs for multiple employees
