Employee Jobs Overview

The Employee Jobs window lists all employees with all their jobs, making it a good place to perform several job functions — especially for a group of employees — and to filter and arrange job records for export.

Note: If you want to use the system settings to view this window, select either System: Employee Jobs - Approved Jobs by Employee or System: Employee Jobs - Approved Jobs by Job Title from the gear menu in the upper right corner of the grid.

Available functions are:

• Add a job

• Edit jobs

• Delete jobs

• Approve multiple jobs

• Close jobs

• Vacate positions

• Increment salary schedule grade

• Increment salary schedule step

• Mass update job information

• View the position from which a job was created

• Rollover employee jobs
