Edit a Vendor

Use the Edit Vendor window to edit the header fields, add & edit addresses & contacts, and attach files. You can also view the purchase orders and vendor invoices for the selected year in this window.

  1. Select Vendor Management from the Vendor menu, and the Vendor Management window opens.

  2. Select a vendor, and click Edit, or click the Vendor link, and the Edit Vendor window opens. Note: If a logged in user doesn't have permission to see the vendor's tax ID, it will be masked with the letter X. Users with the proper permission can display the number by clicking the link labeled Show.

  3. Close and open sections as needed to edit the vendor record.

  4. Edit the fields as needed.

  5. When finished, click Save.

View purchase orders

While in the Edit Vendor window, scroll down to the bottom of the popup, and click the Purchase Orders tab if it isn't already selected.

Click on the PO Number link to review the purchase order.

Click on the Purchase Requisition link to review the PR.

View vendor invoices

While in the Edit Vendor window, scroll down to the bottom of the popup, and click the Vendor Invoices tab if it isn't already selected.

Click on the Invoice(s) link to review the invoice.

Click on the PO Number link to review the purchase order.

Click on the Voucher Number link to review the voucher.
