Employee Paycheck Deductions

This view-only window lists all deductions on all paychecks for all employees, allowing you to view deduction history for a single employee, deduction, or vendor.

• The following columns are displayed by default: payroll cycle, payroll period, register, employee, deductions, employer contribution, employee contribution, deduct order, and pay date.

• All columns for the employee, deduction, vendor, and paycheck are available in the Display Settings dialog.

• The default sort is Employee, and pinned filters are payroll cycle, payroll period, and register.

• The Employee link opens the Edit Employee window in a popup.
