Close a Job in Employee Payroll Information

  1. Select Employee Payroll Information from the Payroll menu.

  2. Check the box beside the employee name, and click the Detail button at the bottom of the window.

  3. When the Employee Payroll Detail window opens, check the box(es) for the job(s) you want to close.

  4. Click the Close Job button at the bottom of the window. You're asked to confirm that you want to close the job and reminded that you won't be able to re-submit it to payroll until you've re-approved it in Manage Employees.

  5. Click Yes. The job is closed and removed from the Employee Payroll Detail window.
