Payroll Voucher Management Icons and Indicators
The following icons represent the voucher states in the Payroll Voucher grid.
 New - A payroll voucher is in the New state when it is created. You can include and exclude liabilities on a payroll voucher while it is in the New state.
 Approved - The Approve for Payment command approves a New payroll voucher, changing the voucher’s state to Approved. You can no longer include or exclude liabilities on an Approved voucher. Liability checks are now available to print or pay with the EFT data export.
 Pending - When at least one liability check is printed or at least one EFT check is paid, an Approved voucher’s state changes to Pending.
 Paid - A Paid payroll voucher either contains all Verified checks or some Verified and some Voided checks.
 Void - A payroll voucher is Void when the Void Payroll Voucher command had been selected. Voiding all of the liability checks contained in the voucher will not automatically void the voucher.
The following icons represent the liability states in the Payroll Liability List grid.
 Liability Excluded - A payroll liability is not included on a payroll voucher.
 Liability Included - A payroll liability is included on a payroll voucher.
 Adjustment Excluded - A payroll liability adjustment is not included on a payroll voucher.
 Adjustment Included - A payroll liability adjustment is included on a payroll voucher.
The following icons represent the Regular check states in the Liability Check Printing dialog box.
 New - The payroll liability check is created and approved, but not printed.
 Pending - The payroll liability check is printed or reprinted and waiting to be verified.
 Printed - A printed payroll liability check is printed and verified. AptaFund considers this check paid.
 Void - Selecting the Void command or the Reprint command voids a payroll liability check.
The following icons represent the EFT check states in the Liability Check Printing dialog box.
 New - The EFT check is created but not Paid.
 Pending - The EFT check is printed or reprinted and waiting to be verified.
 Paid - A Paid liability check is paid and verified. AptaFund considers this check paid.
 Void - Selecting the Void command or the Repay command voids an EFT check.
