Colorado Quarterly Wage Report

The Colorado Quarterly Wage Report provides the data to submit to Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. It can be accessed from My AptaFund > Reports > Payroll - Colorado Reports.

Before you begin, make sure the Computer Services Contact has been completed in System Configuration > Addresses/Contacts > Contacts.

You can mark the report as a favorite to make it easy to access from the AptaFund home page.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: SSN, last name, first name, middle initial, quarterly wages.

Report filters

The report filters are:

• Calendar year

• Quarter

• Employee identifier — select from employee SSN or employee number. Note: SSN is required for filing.
