CDE December Staff Report

Everything necessary to produce the report can be found in the employee records in Manage Employee. However, the information can also be edited within the report itself, and the edits will flow back through to the employee records in Manage Employee — thereby retaining data integrity. 

You can mark the report as a favorite to make it easy to access from the AptaFund home page.

Prepare the data

  1. Complete these fields in Human Resources Configuration, if that hasn't already been done.

  2. Confirm that the following fields have been completed in Manage Employees. These fields are required for this report.

  3. Add & edit assignments. You  also use the Create Assignments from Jobs feature on the Jobs tab to quickly create multiple assignments based on an employee's jobs. Click here for a list of the required assignment fields and how to complete them.

  4. Add & edit evaluations. Refer to About Evaluation Criteria Groups and About Scores for Evaluation Criteria for more information on entering evaluations.

Generate the report

  1. Select CDE December Staff Report from My AptaFund > Reports > Human Resources, and the report setup window opens. Note: You may want to click the star icon to favorite this report.

  2. Complete the parameters.

  3. Click Report to Grid.

  4. Edit the data. See Anatomy of the Report to Grid Window for information on using the commands in this window to edit the data.

  5. When you're finished editing the data, click the Export to File button at the bottom of the grid. If the validation errors haven't been resolved, you will receive a warning message. Clicking Yes will generate the export anyway. Clicking No will return you to the report so that you may edit it.
