Withdraw a Purchase Requisition

Use the Withdraw command to "unsubmit" a requisition you've submitted for approval. Once withdrawn, you can no longer submit the PR, but will have to copy it or create a new one.

  1. Select My Purchase Requisitions from the My AptaFund menu.

  2. Check the box to select a Submitted requisition, and click the Withdraw button. You're asked to confirm the action.

  3. Click Yes. You're notified that the PR was withdrawn, and the PR has the status Withdrawn.
