Increment Employee Experience

Before you begin

Run a grid report to have as a backup in case you accidentally perform this process twice.

Increment Employee Experience

  1. Select Manage Employees from the Human Resources menu, and that window opens.

  2. Select Increment Employee Experience from the More menu, and the Increment Employee Experience window opens.

  3. Enter the Cutoff Date. Note: The cutoff date is checked against the Hire Date field. If the hire date is before the cutoff date, the employee's experience will be incremented by one.

  4. Click OK.
