Employee Contact Information Report

The Employee Contact Information Report can be reached by selecting Reports > Human Resources > Employee Contact Information Report.

Fields on the report

Fields included on the report are: employee name, number & status, site, department, address type, address lines 1 & 2, city, state, zip, phone, email, contact, and contact phone.

This report is sorted by Site, with a secondary, alphabetical sort by employee.

All employees are listed when <All> is selected for the employee status, employee name, and address type filters — including employees without address information. This report is helpful when verifying imported employee data.
