Copy a Contract

Use the Copy a Contract feature to quickly create a contract of one type that uses most of the material from an existing contract of a separate type. For example, you could copy a contract of the Certificated type to create a contract of the type Certificated New.

Note: Contract types are designated in HR Configuration.

  1. Select Employee Contracts from the Human Resources menu, and that window opens.

  2. Check the box for any contract, and click Copy Contract. A popup window opens.

  3. Select an unused Contract Type for the new contract, and click OK. The contract is created, and the Employee Contract Details window opens with the new contract displayed.

  4. Edit the new contract as needed.

  5. Click Save.
