Link Approval Processes and Leave Types

Use the Employee Group Leave Details window to link an approval process to each of the different leave types. This window displays the group leave details set up in Payroll Configuration on the Leave Types tab.

  1. Select Employee Group Leave Details from the Employee Self-Service menu, and the Employee Group Leave Details window opens.

  2. Select a group leave name, and click the Edit Approval Process button. The Approval Process Selection window opens.

  3. Make a selection from the Approval Process pull-down menu. Processes in the list are set up in Administration > Approval Process.

  4. Click Save, and the process will be assigned to the selected leave group.
