Employee Document Acknowledgments

The Employee Document Acknowledgments window presents a read-only flattened data view that enables you to see all all documents requiring acknowledgment along with the acknowledgment status, due date, acknowledgment date, expiration date, and any comments left by the employee when they acknowledged the document.

Access the window by selecting Employee Document Acknowledgments from the Employee Self-Service menu.

Quick Search is available for document name and employee name.
