Delete a Document Category

You can only delete a category if no documents have been linked to the category.

  1. Select Manage Document Categories from the Employee Self-Service menu, and the Manage Document Categories window opens.

  2. Check the box(es) for the categories you want to delete, and click the Delete button. You're asked to confirm the action.

  3. Click Yes. The process is completed, and the Result window opens displaying the successes and failures.

  4. Click Close when you're finished reviewing the results.
